PART O.: NUDITY, PARTIAL NUDITY, IMPLIED NUDITY, DEPICTION OF SEX ACTS AND SIMULATED SEX ACTS
1. In this part the words "Nude" and "Nudity" includes full nudity or partial nudity, and "Sex Act" includes simulated sex acts whether Nude or not.
2. Where a role requires talent to appear Nude or implied Nude, and to performed a Sex Act, full details of the Nudity and Sex Act required must be disclosed in the casting breakdown, prior to any interview for the role, and again both verbally and in writing at the start of any interview fore the role.
3. Filming of Nude scenes and scenes depicting simulated Sex Acts will be on sets closed to all people excepting only the required talent and crew absolutely essential for the filming. Access to video monitors during such filming will be restricted to director and crew essential to assess the visual aspect of the scene.
4. Where a role requires Nudity or implied nudity, of a simulated Sex Act the talent agreement shall contain a specific nudity rider, additional to all other terms, which rider will stipulate that the Nude scene(s) will be filmed on a closed set.
5. No photography, BTS or otherwise, shall be taken of Nude talent, and no photos or still shall be permitted taken from video monitors.
6. Minors shall not be in attendance on set during the shooting of Nude scenes or Sex Acts.
