Before Your Apply:
Ensure you have gathered the proper information gathered and available to input and upload before starting your application:
Student Memberships - photo of current valid student ID in jpg or png format, (max 2mb), name of educational institution, program(s) in which you are enrolled, your Program/Educational Advisor there and his/her contact email.
General Memberships - relevant industry / personal / social media url(s), eg. your imdb link, staffmeup, linkedin, etc. photo (optional, jpg or png, max 2mb).
Full Memberships - your resume in pdf (max 2mb) or docx (max 2mb) format, photo (optional, jpg or png, max 2mb), brief bio (1200 characters max), the following information for TWO Qualifying Productions* you have worked on: Title, TRT, your role on the production, imdb, website (if applicable), link to sale/distribution/exhibition listing, supervisor & contact information (obtain permission to supply this information before applying!), brief (optional) statement as to why you are joining the IIPG and what you hope to accomplish within it (max 2000 characters, you will type this in on the last page).
*A Qualifying Production is one in which you have worked (a) for non-deferred monetary compensation (the sum is unimportant), (b) in a specific creative or technical role, (c) from the normal start date for that role until the normal end of that role on the production (ie. day player work does not count), and where the project (d) has been completed and (e) either (1) been offered directly to a paying audience or (2) been licensed and actually paid for (deferred payment does no count) by a third party. In other words, the production must have been delivered to a paying customer. For clarity, non-monetized "free" exhibition on YouTube, Vimeo, website or other platforms does not qualify. "Monetized" productions on YouTube, Amazon Prime, et al qualify only if you have actually received at least one payment relating to the project from that platform.
