The IIPG Mentorship Program is already in operation, with three producer-mentor connections!
The IIPG is committed to raising the overall standard of professional skills and experience across the entire independent film making community. To that end the Guild has already established the IIPG Mentorship Program, and is developing a workable paradigm for an IIPG Apprenticeship Program as well.
Any member of the IIPG can apply for the mentorship program; there are qualifications and there must also be an appropriate mentor match available.
When the IIPG Apprenticeship Program begins, there will be requirements for both prospective apprentices and prospective employer/instructors.
